MOCCU develops online campaign for L'Oréal competition during the Berlinale
Berlin agency Moccu developed the online campaign for a beauty competition for L‘Oréal Paris, the main sponsor of Berlin’s international film festival. After 2009’s successful viral campaign “Stylish flirts”, the French cosmetics manufacturer and long-time Berlinale partner counted on the Berlin-based creative agency once more in 2010.
L'Oréal Paris invites participants to win an all-expenses-paid weekend break in Berlin via diversified, Flash-based video banners. The directly linked banner was conceived in the same style as L'Oréal Paris' corporate design (CD). Moccu literally rolled out the virtual red carpet for the brand via the systematic use of moving image elements. The online campaign ended with the closing date for entries on February 28. Both the winner of the Berlinale competition and a companion can look forward to a luxury weekend in the capital of German film-making! And, in honor of the occasion, both individuals will be treated to a professional movie star makeover from L'Oréal Paris stylist Andrej Baranow and his team.
L'Oréal Paris and Moccu set store by online media:
In 2009, Berlin agency Moccu developed projects including the viral campaign “Stylish flirts” in collaboration with L'Oréal Paris. Men were challenged to convince three women of their flirt potential during the course of this exclusively digital campaign. Moccu is set to develop a host of other online campaigns for L’Oréal Paris over the coming year.
