For the WWF’s “Living Planet Report“ Moccu developed an interactive data visualization which presents the comprehensive and complex information on biodiversity and the impact of human activity in a clear and entertaining way. Focusing on personal interaction the flash-based diagrams can be integrated into blogs and shared in the social web as part of a viral campaign. Next to vivid illustrations of the Ecological/Water Footprint and the “Living Planet Index“ a mindmap invites users to explore the report’s most important issues and terms and their causal interrelations.
